EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
A maximum period of 30 calendar days is established to request a return, counting from the purchase date of the order.
You can return an item at our Nícoli stores or request a pickup at your home address.
Garments must be in perfect condition, with the tag and their respective purchase receipt, otherwise Nícoli reserves the right to deny the return.
Returns will not be permitted in perfumery, jewellery, socks, tights and leggings if their seal has been broken.
For hygiene reasons, bathing suits have a protective device that prevents them being tried on or worn. If you want to return one, it must still have the tag and protective device.
In store you can exchange items for others or for a credit note. A credit note has no expiry date and can be used exclusively in store. Stores can in no event make refunds.
If you want a refund, follow the steps below:
1. Access your Nícoli customer account or click into the order confirmation email.
2. From Orders section, click on Request Return on the order you want to return.
3. Choose the garments and refund method.
4. If you select return at a Nícoli store, a document with an authorisation will be created. You will have 7 days to return items in the store you selected.
5. The merchandise will be sent to our warehouses, where we will process the refund of the amount pertaining to the purchase. Unless there is a manufacturing defect, Nícoli will not refund the shipping costs associated with the order.
We can also process your return by courier so that you don’t have to leave the house. Request pickup of your return by accessing My Account > Orders and Returns or by sending an email to email@example.com, indicating the exact address where you want us to pick up the return, as well as the day and approximate time.
We will process the pickup, confirm its information by email and send you the label to identify your package.
Once the return pickup is confirmed, pack your items, place the label where it is visible and include the delivery note. It is important for you to indicate the items you want to return in this document.
When it arrives at our warehouses, we will process the refund of the respective amount.
This service has a cost equal to the standard shipping cost applicable to the country.
If you would rather exchange your garments for another item, you will have to make a new order.
The refund period will be 1-2 business days from when we receive your return at our warehouses. As soon as we have checked the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the refund will be done using the same method of payment used for the purchase.
