At our Xmas Market, you will find previous collections of maxi and mini dresses at unbeatable prices, from 11 November to 5 January. No exchanges or returns will be accepted in physical stores; these must be done online.
Orders placed during this promotion may experience some delays from the standard delivery times stated in our Deliveries page
Due to the large volume of orders, we won’t be able to modify any placed orders. If you no longer need your purchase, you will need to wait until its arrival and request a return, as stated in our Returns and exchanges page.
During the firsts weeks of sale, we won’t be able to prepare orders as a gift.
If, due to a internal stock discrepancy, we are unable to complete an order, we will promptly proceed to issue a refund of the missing items to the payment method originally used.
If returning an item, Nícoli will refund the price stated in the original purchase.
Exchanges for a different size are available in-store only. Size differences may vary in price. If so, the store will adjust the price difference at the moment of the exchange. Exchanges are not available online. If you need a different size or colour, you will need to return your original item(s), so we can process your refund, and place a new order online. This new order will be charged at the price marked at the time of the transaction.
When choosing a return by post from home, if our courier service doesn’t get in touch within 24h, please contact us at pedidos@nicolishop.com stating your order number or return number so we can re-arrange the package collection.
We don't accept returns in jewellery purchases. Perfumes, socks, and tights may not be returned if opened. For higyene reasons, bathing suits have a clothing protector that prevents them from being used or tried on. If you wish to return products from this category, this protector may remain as originally received and it should keep all labels attached.
For returns & exchanges you must provide your order receipt or a copy of your order confirmation.
