RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

GENERAL CONDITIONS

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have the option to return it within 30* days of placing your order for a full refund. You can choose to handle your return either in-store or by post.
Please note that exchanges are not available online. If you need a different size or color, you will need to request a return and place a new order online. Size exchanges are available in-store only.
To return one or more items, they must be in perfect condition and retain all tags and include the order receipt or a copy of the order confirmation email. Otherwise, Nícoli reserves the right to refuse the return.
Jewellery purchases are non-returnable. We will not accept jewellery, socks, tights or perfumes that have been unsealed.
Personalised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For hygiene reasons, bathing suits come with a protective strip that prevents them from being used or tried on. If you wish to return products from this category, it is essential that they retain the label and the protective device.                                                                                       

In the event that any order cannot be fulfilled due to stock discrepancies attributed to Nícoli, the amount for the missing items will be fully refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AT NÍCOLI STORES

Online Order Refund Procedure                                                                       

Please follow the steps below if you wish to request a return in-store and you have an account created in Nicolishop:
1. Access your account or click on the ‘My Account’ link you will find in your order confirmation email.
2. Once you have accessed your order, click on ‘Request return’.
3. Select the garments and the Nícoli Store where you want to return them.
4. You will have 7 days to bring your item(s) to the selected store along with a copy of your return confirmation email.
5. Once your returned items have been checked, we will process the return and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please follow the steps below if you wish to request a return in-store and you don’t have an account created, and you enter as a guest in Nicolishop:
1. Access the My Account icon, or click on the ‘Check my order status’ link you will find in your order confirmation email.
2. In the "Check my order status" section, enter the following data: order number, email to which the confirmation was sent, and billing zip code.
3. Once you have accesed your order, click on ‘Request return’.
4. Select the garments and the Nícoli Store where you want to return them.
5. You will have 7 days to bring your item(s) to the selected store along with a copy of your return confirmation email.
6. Once your returned items have been checked, we will process the return and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
 

RETURNS BY POST FROM HOME

The cost of this service equals the standard delivery charge applicable to the country: 13.95&euro from rest of Europe. This service is not available in England, the United States, or Switzerland.

If you access your account:
1. Access your account or click on the ‘My Account’ link you will find in your order confirmation email.
2. Once you have accessed your order, click on ‘Request return’.
3. Select the garments and the return option 'Return from home'.
4. You will shortly receive an email with a link that will take you to our courier website to complete your pick-up information.
5. Once the pick-up request is confirmed, please print the order confirmation and include it inside the return package along with the return request confirmation that we have sent to your email. Please make sure the packaging is sufficient to prevent damage while in transit. Once your returned parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund.

If you access as a guest:
1. Access in the My Account icon, or click on the ‘Check my order status’ link you will find in your order confirmation email.
2. In the "Check your order status" section, enter the following information: order number, email to which the confirmation was sent, and billing zip code.
3. Once you have accessed to your order, click on ‘Request return’.
4. Select the garments and the return option 'Return from home'.
5. You will shortly receive an email with a link that will take you to our courier website to complete your pick-up information.
6. Once the pick-up request is confirmed, please print the order confirmation and include it inside the return package along with the return request confirmation that we have sent to your email. Please make sure the packaging is sufficient to prevent damage while in transit. Once your returned parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund.

Nicoli is not responsible for returns.

You will need to send the items back to our central warehouses, introducing inside the package the order sheet you received in the shipment, which indicates the order number, to the following address through the courier of your choice, paying the corresponding costs:

Once we receive the items, we will check their condition and proceed to refund the amout to the same payment method used for the order.  All returns are the responsability of the customer. Nicoli is not responsible for these shipments and will not assume any cost if the package is lost. 

REFUND TERMS 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed from the moment we receive your return at our warehouse. During peak periods, such as Black Friday, sales or promotional deals, returns may take up to 15 business days to be processed. Please note that refunds for items purchased online will be issued to the original payment method..

If your country is not part of the EU, you must take into account that you must assume all customs costs of exit from your country and entry to Spain. If the package is retained at customs, Nicoli is not responsible for retrieving. You will need to send the items to our central warehouses, by inserting inside the package the order sheet you received in the shipment, which indicates the order number, to the following address with the courier of youe choice, paying the corresponding costs:

If your return arrives at our warehouses without paying the custom fees, it will be rejected, and you will be responsible for retriving it, assuming all the expenses up to the origin destination.
