COMMITMENT
Since the brand was created in 1994, Nícoli has held a strong social commitment, with a special mission of contributing to the social and professional integration of people with disabilities.
Along this path we have collaborated with various associations with which we share values and which give meaning to our work, such as AMEB (Asociación Madrileña de Espina Bífida), Fundación Sobre Ruedas, Fundación Prodis, and Fundación A La Par.
We continue to work with the last two to this day.
The relationship between Nícoli and A La Par began in 2015, with both organisations working together with the same mission since.
Fundación A La Par has a history of more than 70 years working for the rights of people with disabilities, with the goal that all have the opportunity to advance at the same time.
Under the slogan "nothing can stop us", they have become a powerful generator of social transformation and every day they inspire us to build a better society.

We decided to go further with the foundation and incorporate our charity T-shirts into the collections.
Each design is developed with the same sense of excitement as our first days of operations, seeking to convey the colour, joy and commitment that this project brings us.
We currently donate around €30,000 per year to the foundation, derived from the sales of these T-shirts, as a contribution to the development of their initiatives.
Today, we sell a large part of our production every year, which inspires us to continue taking the next steps.
In 2021, we started working with Fundación Prodis, dedicated to people with disabilities and their families, giving them job opportunities on our team and valuing their talent.
We jointly support and promote their full inclusion to make society a fairer and more caring place.

MADE IN SPAIN
Since the brand was founded, it has been clear to us that we wanted a major part of our production to take place in Spain.
For a slow fashion brand like ours, it is essential to support local manufacturers and pay tribute to national talent.
Thus, we partner with local suppliers from Spain and Portugal for the production of our leather, knitwear and costume jewellery products.
The rest of our garments are mostly manufactured in India through handcrafted processes in carefully selected workshops.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability has become one of our main ambitions in recent years.
We are aware that there is a long way to go, but we are confident that the best decision is to start and set small, achievable goals that will bear fruit in the future.
