We offer three delivery options:

In-Store delivery: This service has no delivery costs. The delivery time can take 2-5* business days.

Click & Collect: This service has no delivery costs. The delivery time takes 2 hours from the arrival of your order confirmation email. More info.

Home delivery: Please see the table below for detailed information on home deliveries. Delivery time can take 2-4* business days, depending on the address location. For deliveries to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, delivery cost is 13.95€ for orders up to 150€ and free for higher value orders. The customer will also be responsible for any additional duties and customs fees based on the weight of the parcel. In the event that the parcel doesn’t get collected from customs, the customer will be responsible for the return fees. This amount will be deducted from the refund of your order.
Please note we don’t deliver to PO Boxes.

USA

Information

Orders sent to the United States have a delivery charge of 35€ and the estimated delivery times are 3-7* business days.
Please note we don’t deliver to PO Boxes.

SALE

Discounts on selected products from our Autumn/Winter 2023 collection. Basics and articles from the new collection are excluded from this promotion. Final discounted price will be already marked on the product.

Promotion valid in online stores from January 6, 2024 from 8:00 p.m. to March 3, 2024, both included. In physical stores from January 7 to March 3, 2024, both included, or until end of stock.

Orders placed during this promotion may experience some delays from the standard delivery times stated in our Deliveries page

Due to the large volume of orders, we won’t be able to modify any placed orders. If you no longer need your purchase, you will need to wait until its arrival and request a return, as stated in our Returns and exchanges page.

During the firsts weeks of sale, we won’t be able to prepare orders as a gift.

If, due to a internal stock discrepancy, we are unable to complete an order, we will promptly proceed to issue a refund of the missing items to the payment method originally used.

If returning an item, Nícoli will refund the price stated in the original purchase.

Exchanges for a different size are available in-store only. Size differences may vary in price. If so, the store will adjust the price difference at the moment of the exchange. Exchanges are not available online. If you need a different size or colour, you will need to return your original item(s), so we can process your refund, and place a new order online. This new order will be charged at the price marked at the time of the transaction.

When choosing a return by post from home, if our courier service doesn’t get in touch within 24h, please contact us at pedidos@nicolishop.com stating your order number or return number so we can re-arrange the package collection.

We don't accept returns in jewellery purchases. Perfumes, socks, and tights may not be returned if opened. For higyene reasons, bathing suits have a clothing protector that prevents them from being used or tried on. If you wish to return products from this category, this protector may remain as originally received and it should keep all labels attached.

For returns & exchanges you must provide your order receipt or a copy of your order confirmation.

CLICK & COLLECT

To give you the best possible service, we offer the option to collect your order from a store in 2 hours.
*Due to restrictions in each Autonomous Community, our shop opening times may differ.

How does it work?

Once you have added items to the basket, select the "Click & Collect" delivery method and choose the store where you would like to collect your order from the drop-down list.
Once the purchase process is complete, you will receive an email with the information on your order.
A few minutes later, you will receive a second email with the order confirmation, after which you can collect it in two hours, during opening hours.
To collect your order, you will only need to show the order confirmation email and your national ID or the national ID of the person who will collect it.

When can I collect my order, and what happens if I place my order at the weekend or on the day before a public holiday?

Orders placed before 10am: collection from 12pm.
Orders placed between 10am and 6:30pm: collection within 2 hours from receipt of the order confirmation email.
Orders placed after 6:30pm or on the day before a public holiday can be collected from the selected store from 12pm on the next business day.

How long do I have to collect my order?

You have 15 calendar days to collect your order from the selected store. If you have not collected it after this period, our customer service department will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery or refund.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once the purchase has been completed, it will not be possible to make modifications. If you wish to cancel the order, please contact pedidos@nicolishop.com specifying your order number so that our customer service department can arrange the refund.

Why are there times when the Click & Collect delivery method is not available?

This option may not be available during periods of high demand, such as Black Friday or sales, or when the selected products have low stock.

What happens if my order is cancelled and the Customer Service department does not contact me?

We endeavour to keep to the indicated delivery times, but if for some reason your order is cancelled and the Customer Service department does not get in contact immediately, it may be because the error has occurred outside our opening hours. In this case, our team would contact you as soon as possible. Remember that our opening hours are Monday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm and Friday 10am to 3pm.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

GENERAL CONDITIONS

If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 30* days of placing your order for a full refund. You can request your return in-store or by post.
Exchanges are not available online. If you need a different size or colour, you will need to request a return and place a new order online. Size exchanges are available in-store only.
Please note all returned items must be received in perfect condition, with original labels and the order receipt or a copy of the order confirmation email. On the contrary, Nícoli reserves the right to refuse the return.

Personalised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AT NÍCOLI STORES

In store, you can make an exchange of your online order or request a return for a full refund.
Please follow the steps below if you wish to request a return in-store:
1. Access your account or click on the ‘My Account’ link you will find on your order confirmation email.
2. Once you have entered to your order, click on ‘Request return’.
3. Select the garments and the Nícoli Store where you want to return them.
4. You will have 7 days in order to bring your item(s) to the selected store along with a copy of your return confirmation email.
5. Once your returned items have been checked, we will process the return and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

RETURNS BY POST FROM HOME

1. Access your account or click on the ‘My Account’ link you will find on your order confirmation email.
2. Once you have entered to your order, click on ‘Request return’.
3. Select the garments and the return option 'Return from home'.
4. You will shortly receive an email with a link that will take you to our courier website in order to complete your pick-up information.
5. Once the pick-up request is confirmed, please print the order confirmation and include inside the return request confirmation that we have sent to your email. Please make sure packaging is sufficient to prevent damage whilst in transit. Once your returned parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund.
The cost of this service equals the standard delivery charge applicable to the country: 3.95€ from Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands & Portugal; 13.95€ from rest of Europe. This service is not available in Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

REFUND TERMS

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed since we receive your return at our warehouse. During peak periods, like Black Friday, Sales or promotion deals, returns may take up to 15 business days to be processed. Please note, the refund of items purchased online will be issued to the payment method originally used.
